• معلومات الحساب: الاسم و/أو البريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف (اختياري)، أو المعلومات الأساسية عند الدخول عبر Google / Apple. • الموقع الجغرافي (GPS): لتحديد موقع الحالة عند إنشاء بلاغ، وعرض الحالات القريبة، وتمكين المنقذ من التوجّه إليها. • الصور: الصور التي تختار التقاطها أو رفعها لتوثيق حالة الحيوان. • محتوى البلاغات والمحادثات: نوع الحيوان وحالته والوصف والرسائل. • الدور: مستخدم (مُبلِّغ) أو منقذ/متطوع.
• Account: name and/or email and phone number (optional), or basic info when signing in via Google / Apple. • Location (GPS): to mark the case location, show nearby cases, and let a rescuer navigate to it. • Photos: images you choose to capture or upload to document an animal's condition. • Report & chat content: animal type, condition, description, and messages. • Role: user (reporter) or rescuer/volunteer.
نستخدم معلوماتك لإنشاء البلاغات وعرضها على أقرب المنقذين، وتحديد موقع الحالة وفتح الاتجاهات، وتمكين التواصل معك لإتمام الإنقاذ، وتحسين التجربة ودعم اللغتين. لا نستخدم بياناتك لأغراض إعلانية، ولا نبيعها لأي طرف ثالث.
We use your information to create reports and show them to nearby rescuers, locate a case and open directions, enable communication to complete a rescue, and improve the experience with bilingual support. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to any third party.
• الموقع: لتحديد موقع الحالة وعرض البلاغات القريبة وفتح الاتجاهات. • الكاميرا: لالتقاط صورة للحيوان داخل البلاغ. • الصور/المعرض: لاختيار صورة موجودة لإرفاقها. يمكنك رفض أو سحب أي إذن في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك.
• Location: to mark the case location, show nearby reports, and open directions. • Camera: to take a photo of the animal within a report. • Photos/Gallery: to choose an existing photo to attach. You may deny or revoke any permission at any time from your device settings.
قد تُعرض بعض معلومات البلاغ (نوع الحيوان، الحالة، الموقع التقريبي، الصورة، الوصف) للمنقذين القريبين لتمكينهم من المساعدة. لا نشارك اسمك أو معلومات اتصالك إلا بالقدر اللازم لإتمام الإنقاذ، ولا نشاركها لأغراض تجارية.
Certain report details (animal type, condition, approximate location, photo, description) may be shown to nearby rescuers so they can help. We share your name or contact info only to the extent necessary to complete a rescue, and never for commercial purposes.
نحتفظ ببيانات البلاغ طوال المدة اللازمة لإتمام الإنقاذ وتحسين الخدمة. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت.
We retain report data for as long as necessary to complete a rescue and improve the service. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
نتّخذ إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك. ومع ذلك لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100%.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
التطبيق غير مخصّص للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات منهم.
The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
يحق لك الاطّلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها، وطلب حذف حسابك، وسحب أذونات الموقع أو الكاميرا في أي وقت.
You have the right to access or correct your data, request deletion of your account, and revoke location or camera permissions at any time.
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسننشر أي تغييرات داخل التطبيق مع تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث".
We may update this policy from time to time and will post any changes within the app, revising the "Last updated" date.
